- Is this the official test?
- No. An independent study tool, using the official questions and answers word for word.
- What can I use without paying?
- A sample of the questions and a few complete lessons, open to everyone, without an account.
- What does it cost?
- The plans and their exact amounts are on the pricing page.
- Does a trial turn into a paid subscription?
- Yes: it renews automatically at the regular rate when its full access ends, unless you cancel first.
- How do I cancel?
- You can cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting support@citizenshiped.com. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Do I need a password?
- No. You can sign in with a code sent to your email, or set a password on your account page if you prefer one.
- Which version of the test does it cover?
- This site covers the 2025 civics test. USCIS decides which version applies to you.
- I am 65 or older and have been a permanent resident a long time, is that different?
- USCIS lets applicants who are 65 years old or older, and living in the United States as a lawful permanent resident for 20 or more years. study a shorter list in their own language; the 65/20 track here has its own lessons, quizzes and practice test for exactly those 20 questions, and the practice test scores you on answer boxes.
- What language is the site in?
- English and Español; the official questions and answers stay in English, because the interview is conducted in English, apart from the exemptions USCIS itself grants.
- Can I get a refund?
- Canceling stops the next charge; money already taken is covered by the refund policy.
- Will this tell me whether I will pass?
- No: practice scores show what you have learned; they are not a prediction, and this site does not guarantee any outcome.
