What CitizenshipED is

CitizenshipED is a private study aid for the civics portion of the U.S. naturalization test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any other part of the U.S. government.

It is not legal or immigration advice and does not replace a lawyer. We do not guarantee that you will pass the test or any part of your interview. USCIS is the authority on the test, always.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account and your sign-in details secure, and for what is done through your account. An account is for one person and may not be shared.

Plans, renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically at the amount and for the length shown before you pay, and your card is charged at each renewal until you cancel. A trial is a paid first period that renews the same way when it ends.

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting support@citizenshiped.com. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

A lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew. Lifetime means for as long as CitizenshipED operates, not for the buyer's lifetime.

If you move from a subscription to a lifetime plan from your account, we charge the lifetime price once to the card on file and end your subscription, so it does not renew again.

Prices can change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we tell subscribers before a new price applies to their renewals. Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

The Certificate of Citizenship Assessment Completion

If you have lifetime access and pass our Citizenship Test Assessment, answering at least 12 of its 20 questions correctly, we issue you a Certificate of Citizenship Assessment Completion once you confirm the name to print on it. It is issued by CitizenshipED as an independent study tool. It is not a USCIS document, it is not evidence of citizenship or of passing any government test, and it gives no immigration benefit.

Each certificate has a code. Anyone who has the code can see on our verification page the name printed on the certificate, the date it was issued and whether it is still valid.

A lifetime payment is not refunded after its certificate has been issued. If a lifetime payment is refunded, or your account is deleted, its certificate is no longer valid.

Our material

The lessons, explanations, illustrations, recordings and software on CitizenshipED belong to Vanaga LLC or its licensors. We license them to you for your own personal, non-commercial study while your access lasts. You may not copy, resell, share or redistribute them. The official USCIS questions and answers are public and are used unchanged.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, disrupt or overload it, scrape or bulk-download its material, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend or end an account for misuse, fraud or non-payment.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free, and the study material is not guaranteed to be free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, Vanaga LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CitizenshipED in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vanaga LLC from claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

Changes

We may change or discontinue parts of the service, and we may change these terms. A change to these terms takes effect for a subscriber at their next renewal, and for everyone else when it is posted here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and disputes are heard by its courts, except where the consumer-protection law of the place you live requires otherwise.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the Refund policy and the Privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about CitizenshipED.
