Canceling and Refunds

Canceling

You can cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting support@citizenshiped.com. Canceling stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Canceling a trial before it renews prevents the next charge.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, there is no automatic refund window. If you believe a charge should be refunded, write to support@citizenshiped.com from the address on your account. Requests are reviewed individually.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, write to support@citizenshiped.com with its date and amount so that we can look into it.

Lifetime plan

A lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Except where required by applicable law, a lifetime payment is not refunded after its Certificate of Citizenship Assessment Completion has been issued.
